Yeah,Spirit of Excellence!!!

What a great sermon that Ps. Tan preached today.

I guess there's a part that left a great impact for most

of us was the part where he talked about the article

research in US that sleeping 4 hours or less and 8 hours or

more will lead to a higher death rate.

Sometimes,I sleep for like 10hrs a day.

But sometimes i sleep for like 4hrs.

So I think I'll live a average life,haha!

Went to airport T3 to have our dinner again.

haha.

Reached home at around 12am.
